The hotel has a charming traditional style with a lovely courtyard and rooftop terrace that offers fine sunset views. Breakfast options are adequate, with a mix of buffet items and cooked options available, though I found the earlier breakfast hours a bit limiting. Our room was clean, and the central location made it easy to explore Garachico. The bathroom arrangement left much to be desired. It lacked complete privacy, having only a screen separating it from the room. Communication with staff could be improved, as there was a slight language barrier. I also found the pillows and bed on the firm side. Noise from other guests was noticeable due to thin walls, which affected the overall comfort. Despite these setbacks, I appreciated the unique historical charm of the hotel and the relaxing atmosphere.

The owners, Sonja and Miguel, were extremely welcoming and were always very helpful in guiding us to local places of interest, restaurants etc It actually felt like coming 'home' at the end of a day's sightseeing.

Very freindly and helpfull owners and staff,very good location to the town and sea front, comfortable rooms, hotel with charater. Really enjoyed our stay dispite the rainy weather and liked to have been able to have stayed longer.
